I'm Edita, an experienced Ballroom and Latin American dance teacher.

I have been teaching dance for almost thirty years and am based in a central London studio.

I'm also a Fellow and Examiner with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

I teach singles and couples of all ages, from beginners to advanced.

Unlike group classes, in a private dance lesson, the focus is entirely on you. There's no pressure or expectation, so you can learn at your own pace.

From basic routines to refined dances, my lessons are engaging, structured and supportive.

Dance Ballroom

Ballroom is a beautifully structured dance style defined by smooth movement, elegant posture, and precise footwork.

Ballroom dancing combines refined technique with a meaningful connection between partners, bringing timeless styles such as the waltz, foxtrot, and quickstep to life.

As well as being enjoyable, ballroom dance enhances posture, balance, and coordination, while building strength and confidence on the dance floor.

Latin American

Latin American dance is all about rhythm, expression and performance.

Suitable for all levels, it's a fun and rewarding way to develop technique and musical awareness.

With its expressive movement and dynamic rhythms, Latin American dance brings energy, personality and flair to every lesson.

Pro-Am Dance

Competitions

Step into the exciting world of Pro-Am Dance competitions.

Train with a professional partner and compete together in Ballroom and Latin American dance events.

Pro-Am dance competitions are fun, sociable, and an opportunity to learn, improve, and perform.

Social Dancing

Social dance events are informal and include people of all abilities. Some attend as couples, while others come with friends or on their own.

Learning some basic steps and simple routines will give you the confidence to attend a social dance event and enjoy yourself in a relaxed setting.

Social dancing takes place on cruise holidays, at private functions, charity events and tea dances.
