I'm Edita, a professional Ballroom and Latin American dance teacher, and a Fellow and Examiner of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
I've been teaching dance for almost thirty years and work from a studio in Paddington, central London.
I offer private one-to-one lessons, lessons for couples, and group classes.
I teach singles and couples of all ages, from beginners to advanced.
In a private lesson, the focus is entirely on you. There's no pressure or expectation, so you can learn at your own pace.
If you'd rather learn alongside others, I also run group classes.
From basic routines to refined dances, my lessons are engaging, structured and supportive.

Wedding Dance Lessons
If you're planning your wedding dance, I offer lessons to help you prepare for your big day.
From simple routines to more advanced styles, your first wedding dance can be tailored for you.
Wedding dance lessons include choreography to your chosen music, helping you create a dance that feels natural, personal and suited to your confidence level.
Dance Ballroom
Ballroom is a beautifully structured dance style defined by smooth movement, elegant posture, and precise footwork.
My ballroom dance lessons are for adults of all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers refining their technique.
Ballroom dancing includes timeless styles such as the slow waltz, foxtrot, tango, quickstep and Viennese waltz.
Latin American
My Latin dance lessons are suitable for all levels and are a fun and rewarding way to develop technique and musicality.
Lessons cover the standard five Latin American dances: cha cha cha, rumba, samba, jive and paso doble.
With its expressive movement and dynamic rhythms, Latin American dance brings energy, personality and flair to every lesson.
Pro-Am Dance Competitions
Step into the exciting world of Pro-Am Dance competitions.
Train with a professional partner and compete together in Ballroom and Latin American dance events.

Pro-Am dance competitions are fun, sociable, and an opportunity to learn, improve, and perform.
Social Dancing
Social dance events are informal and include people of all abilities. Some attend as couples, while others come with friends or on their own.
Learning some basic steps and simple routines will give you the confidence to attend a social dance event and enjoy yourself in a relaxed setting.
Social dancing takes place on cruise holidays, at private functions, charity events and tea dances.
Group Classes
Group classes on Wednesday evenings at the dance studio in Paddington.
A fun way to learn to dance alongside others.
Group classes are suitable for all levels. Learn Latin American and Ballroom.

Couple Dance Lessons
Learning to dance together is one of the most enjoyable things a couple can do.
Whether you're preparing for a special occasion or simply want a shared hobby, my couples dance lessons are private, so the time is yours.
No experience is needed.
Lessons for couples can cover salsa and merengue, Argentine Tango, rock 'n' roll and discofox (hustle).
